We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the application for grant of stay on arrest of the petitioner.
For the reasons stated, we grant extension of order dated16.12.2019 granting interim stay on arrest of the petitioner for further period of four weeks. In addition to the condition(s) earlier imposed, the petitioner shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with any evidence and shall not contact or influence any witnesses.
Order accordingly.
The instant application being I.A. No.32340/2020 stands disposed of.
